The gift of the pub

We had our Christmas lunch party at the Lamb. There were 30 of us about half of which were pretty small children! All the staff were fantastic, especially Aura who looked after us so beautifully all afternoon and was completely unphased by all those kids! We had a really brilliant time and will very likely be booking it up again ASAP for next year. Thanks again, it really was brilliant.

We had the upstairs room for our work Xmas party. The room was nicely decorated, with our own bar and music! The staff were very good and looked after us. The food was good and plenty of it. Everyone enjoyed themselves and that is all I could of wished for as the organiser.

This was our second year of having Christmas lunch at The Lamb; party of 20 adults and around 8 children. Bianca and her colleague were super helpful, accommodating dietary requests as well as the various demands of little children. Food was good and it was the perfect setting for our reunion. Thank you!!

Empire Bar

Book our private room with it’s own bar for exclusive party bookings. Ideal for birthday parties, reunion gatherings, leaving drinks, meetings or formal dinner parties. Suits 45 for a buffet and casual drinks style gathering or up to 30 people for seated dining. The room comes with a large plasma screen suitable for laptop connections and free WiFi.

The Lower Lamb

Situated by our main bar it is perfect for dining and getting together with friends. The Lower Lamb can be reserved for groups of up to 20 people seated and 30 people standing. This is perfect for the more casual occasion.

The Snug

Situated behind the main bar, tucked away for a little privacy. Reserve The Snug, perfect for casual drinks or an intimate meal of up to 8 people seated and 10 people for drinks.

Half Venue Hire

Looking to host a large party with plenty of space to mingle with all your guests. We can book you the Empire Room (private room on the first floor) the Lower Lamb (towards the back of the pub) along with the private back garden. This will also include your own w/c facilities and private bar in the Empire Room.
